a mix of bangkok, tokyo and new york.
it is so dense. everywhere you look you see people walking around. the giant buildings are overwhelming. everywhere you look, you see either business skyscrapers or rows and rows of residential buildings.
so much shopping in hong kong and the range of quality and prices is big. it is like a huge ass shopping mall. you can buy everything from high quality to low quality, from expensive to very cheap. you cannot escape shopping.
the food markets are amazing. so much fresh seafood, meat, fruits and vegetables. it is heavenly.
you can also find dvd's and cd's and vcd's, etc. etc.. i'm sure this one is a real tear jerker.
at night, the neon lights are everywhere you look. there is no shortage of advertising. much like tokyo.
there is a walk way of the stars and a statue of bruce lee
you cannot miss the hundreds of over-the-top decorated jewellery stores. many of them have the word "fook" in the name for some reason...
then of course the night views of the amazing lights of hong kong.
especially the view from the top of victoria peak.
another memorable trip.
